You have missed it up somewhere... Did you read from episode 1? Cos if you do, you had know Sanmi is in Sudan...
And the Rebel-Leader wasn't in Sanmi's house nor in his dream. The Rebel-Leader was the person who interrupted his dream... Every sentence has its picture... Try to form them, you had enjoy it better...

About this last update; nice job, But i don't recall when captain sanmi passed out or started sleeping to have dreamt such a long dream. Frankly d line btw dream and reality here is actually very hazy to me.
