5.RAM CAPACITY

Do you want a laptop that loads fast even when you run powerful software, huge files and graphics on it? Then consider its Random Access Memory (RAM) before shopping online in Nigeria for it. RAM helps you store vital information on your laptop for a short while. So if you’re a student buying a laptop with at least 2 GB of RAM is okay. But if you’re a business person or graphic designer, you need a laptop with at least 4GB RAM. In any case, a big RAM size would ace your productivity.

4.PROCESSOR

Before you decide to buy your laptop, you should try to know the processor it comes with. The central Processing Unit (CPU) is the power of a laptop. The bigger and stronger it is, the better the laptop’s performance. If you buy a laptop with core i3, core i5 or core i5 Intel processor, you won’t bother about loading speed at all. And working very fast on many tasks at the same time becomes easy.

3.BATTERY LIFE

Are you kidding me! Do you want to get a laptop whose battery is as good as dead? Of course not. A good battery makes you enjoy using your laptop. If your laptop battery only lasts for a few minutes, you won’t enjoy it at all. Before you even finish your task, the battery is dead. And if you always work on your laptop for long hours, you should get a laptop with the best battery life.

Many people have been asking us which Nigeria’s online stores is the best to buy their laptop in Nigeria. Perhaps this is to help them get the best deal.

But the simple answer to that question is that there is no perfect store. Here is why. Some store may give you a low price today, then a higher price tomorrow. Some will even tell you that your favourite laptop will be delivered in 5 days, only for you to realize that the laptop is not even available anymore at their store. But we believe that you can still make the right decision if you read this article carefully.

Today, there are many online stores in Nigeria. Notable Nigeria’s online stores that sell quality laptops are Jumia, Konga, SLOT, and Kara.

But before buying your laptop in any of these e-commerce stores, we think you need to ask yourself this question, “why should I buy my laptop in Nigerian online stores?” If you are bereft of ideas, here are some good reasons why you should consider buying your laptop in online stores.

One, it is more convenient and less stressful than going to the market to buy it. Another good reason is that it saves time. If you are the type that don’t have time to go to Computer Village or any popular markets in Nigeria, you will be better off buying your laptop in some of online stores we’ve just mentioned.

Besides having a lot of good reasons to buy it at online stores, you need to take some other smart decisions. In order words, we think to avoid any stories that touch the heart, you need to consider 6 things before going ahead to purchase your desired laptops from any Nigerian online stores.

Things you should consider before buying power banks in Nigeria's online shopping malls

As promised earlier, we are going to let you know those things to put into consideration before buying power banks in Nigeria's online shopping malls.

Universal/Limited

Power banks can either be universal or limited. So, you have to find out if the power bank is one that is a universal or not. The universal power banks are usually more preferred by most people since they can be used for charging different types of devices.

Capacity

The capacity of a power bank is very vital since it is the major determinant of how long the power bank will charge your mobile phone. Before buying a power bank, check the mAh and compare it with the battery capacity of your phone. For instance, if your phone has a capacity of 2000mAh, then you should select a power bank with higher mAh such as 3000mAh. The higher the mAh of the power bank, the larger the energy produced. So, make sure that the mAh is greater than your phone's battery capacity.

Rapid charging

Make sure that it is a power bank that doesn't take too long to get fully charged. The trick here is to select a power bank with a higher voltage that is more than 5V input for rapid charging.

Other features

Other features to look out for include auto on/off, doesn't self-discharge, comes with all accessories, warranty (where applicable), and all accessories such as USB cables.

What is a reliable power bank?

There are a lot of reliable power banks in Nigeria's online shopping malls. But a number of them are not good enough to meet your needs.

A reliable portable power bank is that which is dependable and can be relied upon as an alternative means of power for charging mobile phones and USB devices. In other words, a reliable power bank should be able to retain power over a long period of time. It should also be made of durable materials. Most importantly, it must not be too heavy for you to carry about, from one place to another.

Infinix S2 Pro

he Infinix Hot S2 Pro comes with a beautiful design and build. It features a 5.2-inch HD IPS display with curves on the edges and a metal frame. The Hot s2 is powered by a 3000mAh battery and runs on the XOS based Android N.

Pros

The wide angle-selfie is the most talked about feature of this device. On the front, it has 13MP regular selfie and 8MP wide angle lens which Infinix calls ‘welfies.’ The wide-angle lens allows you to fit in more objects or people in the picture. Also, the 13MP Auto focus rear camera with a dual-tone flash produces eye catching images.

Moreover, the S2 Pro has 3GB with 32GB internal storage which when combined with the octa-core makes it a solid all-round performer. What more? The S2 Pro offers above average battery life with a 3000mAh battery and fast charging feature. Besides, you can peg network mode any way you like it.

Cons

The major disadvantage of the Infinix S2 Pro is the lack of 4G support for Glo mobile. Besides, there is no dedicated sim slot for SD card. Moreover, the device comes pre-installed with too many Apps which reduces the memory space available for users. All in all, we think the S2 PRO is a great midrange infinix phone with superb cameras.

Infinix Note 4

The Note 4 is the successor of the Infinix Note 3. The device offers a 5.7-inch IPS display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. You get 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB. The Note 4 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat on a 1.3GHz octa-core processor with MediaTek Helio X10.

Pros

Why should you consider the Note 4?

It sports a 4300mAh battery which according to Infinix, can power your device up to two days on moderate use. Also, the Charge 4.0 technology enables the device to charge faster, and the 5V5A low voltage DC charging technology increases the charging efficiency to 96%. Furthermore, the Note 4 has 4G connectivity, as well as a fingerprint sensor.

Besides, the powerful Note 4 octa-core processor combined with the 3GB RAM gives better-quality experiences in streaming, gaming, or browsing the internet. What more? The Note 4 offers top quality cameras, with a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. Therefore, if you need a smartphone with a large screen, vivid display and big battery with flash charging, the Infinix Note 4 is a good option.

Cons

The major disadvantage of the Infinix Note 4 is that it is a bit heavy due to its massive battery and screen size. Also, there’s no Glo 4G support. In sum, we think the device has positioned itself as a multimedia centric phone that doesn’t cost much.
