I am a 3rd class graduate from one of the federal universities with a Bsc in accountancy I am presently about to start my nysc service year and I am confused on whether to go for my PGD then masters or ICAN or is it possible to do both ican and pgd at the same..pls i need advice |

please , i heard that the online registration has been re- opened..does that mean if one was mobilised but failed to register can now register and pay and still make it with this batch? |

so sad... i wont be going for service this year cause of misinformation ..i thought the online registration was optional not knowing it was just the reg fee that was.. |
