The toll in a suspected meningitis epidemic in Nigeria has killed 745 people, a rise of over 250 in just over a week , the federal government said on Wednesday . Over 8 ,000 suspected cases of the disease have been reported across the country over the past five months although most have occurred in five northern states . The toll last week stood at 489 . Tekno recently posted this on Instagram saying ; I know i have disappointed a whole lot of promoters and my amazing fans worldwide! I’ve been sick for over a month from acid reflux and it has worsened. I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; all the show refunds and any other lost.
