It didn't say having money is the root of all evil.. A broke person can also love money just as a rich person can, and that means both can do anything for money and more money in the case of the rich.

Not having the "love of money" means you have limits to what you can do for money rich or poor.

Rochas bought the gulber seat ticket frm d older Agbaso a lot of money with a condition of making his younger bro, d deputy and commissioner for works(which has never happened b4 in Imo). Why commissioner 4 works? because they know that is where the money is.
