l had very similar experience 4yrs ago. The pain was very excruciating. I almost stopped eating food so as to avoid going to the toilet. But when I visited the hospital, doctor prescribed liquid parafin and advised me to always take fruits , vegetables and consume plenty of water to remain hydrated. Doctor's advice really helped me.
