@brainwave,I want to go for level 2 in occupation health and safety, though i skipped level 1 cos i'm an engineering graduate. I want to venture into risks and maintenance engineering do u think it's the right course.

I've been going through many forums on prince2 both in nairaland and other sites. I've come to realize dat it's not just about the cert, but u hv to have an experience in project management. Most of the vacancies for pm in Nigeria always ask for experienced professionals who have gained at least 5yrs of experience. I just graduated recently both i dnt know my stand yet whether or not 2 go for the prince2 training cos i've not had any project xperience yet. Though, i'll be doing my masters in project management soon. I want those that are already certified and those that are looking forward 2 embarking on prince2 training shud pls have a say on this cos it's pretty much important. Thanx

CNPP opposes Jonathan on Facebook account

The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties on Sunday challenged President Goodluck Jonathan to drop the idea of setting up a Facebook account as his contribution to the debate for electoral reform.



The CNPP rather said that he should rather submit the Uwais report to the National Assembly for adoption.



A statement signed by CNPP Publicity Secretary, Mr. Osita Okechukwu, said that the rational commitment it expected from Jonathan was to mobilise over 800 out of 990 members of state Houses of Assembly nationwide, over 260 out of 360 members of the Federal House of Representatives and over 90 out of 109 Senators of the Peoples Democratic Party which he leads, to alter the relevant sections of the 1999 Constitution and 2006 Electoral Act in accordance with the Uwais report.



Instead of wittingly embarking on a Facebook “voyage of discovery,” the group said the President should rather work with the members of the National Assembly to leave a legacy that would cure the nation of its electoral ills.



AND THEY THINK NIGERIA WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD EVEN WHEN HE JOINS FBK. CRAZY FOOLS!

i'm so enthusiastic about this hse training. Presently, i'm preparing to engage in a hse professional training to be sponsored by shell and IOSH( Institute of occupational training and health) which is taking place around june. There are up to 20 courses. I really dnt knw how it is graded in term of level 1 or 2. As a corper who has already had 6months experience in a reputable oil & gas firm as a maintenance trainee. What level do u guys think i should go for?

i'm one of batch A corp member 2010, i studied industrial and productn engr but i was posted 2 a bank for my ppa. I'm really feeling bad about it cos it's not related 2 my course of study. Do u tink i should continue with dis bank job cos i think it's a waste of a whole year without an engineering xperience.
