They are all under CONRAISS. But personally I will go with JAMB because they have allowances for travelling during supervision, monthly data allowances and all that irrespective of your level.

The truth is that No NNPC Management staff will sell slots,they might give a slots to someone who may intend to sell his or her own.just imagine giving management staff of NNPC one slot and selling it for 5m or thereabouts.as a management staff of NNPC that amount is small for their worth.as i am now if that opportunity giving to me i wont sell and not even up to level12 in my place of hustling.how much is 5m or thereabout in this hard time

Consequential adjustment would determing the percentage increase each salary scale and it's corresponding GL would get. Like me, I'm on Contediss GL11, I know sey my increase no go pass 35% if e even reach. Last MW increase, it was as low as 16% for GL10 upwards on some salary scales. May God help us in this tinubuconomy. MW increase benefits those on lower cadre more than those high up.

From Level 8 should not expect much. it may be just within 20 to 40% increment unlike minimum wage which is about 130% increment.

They are all on CONRAISS but go for NOSDRA, they are pushing for salary review which is yet be implemented to be same as those under oil sector.

It's called consequential adjustment. All salary at various grade level will also be adjusted.

If it is recruitment yes. They usually share slots with FCC for approval. I got a top agency slot back then via FCC.

ABO ie Assistant banking officer is the same as Senior executive trainee in sterling

which means no EA.

This is how it works in sterling, a DSE is converted to ERSO that is emerging retail sales officer for 6 months probation. The person is converted base on performance to a sales associate from sales associate to sales executive then to sales officer.

An ET in sterling is after passing through some months of training and if u are successful u will be given ET then ET to SE to BO.

Though the ERSO is not a core staff as u rightly said but it is a transit stuff just for 6 months. The salary as ERSO is 176k monthly

Note that sales associate which supposed to be equivalent to ET does not earn the same salary.

I just confirmed a DSE is now 86k plus commision monthly.

I know princess' sister will get the job and she will get a clearer information.

GTBank is during a similar thing too in their operations space.

Is a good way to start. They don't have ABO?
