What are the challenges he is going to encounter after the divorce?

The court will grant the children to the woman.
Let him try to bribe her into giving up the children.
Let him offer her money. And let him commit to allowing her regular visitation rights—
that the children stay with her two days a week.
He should feel free to try that.
Let him tell her he will pay her every month the equivalent of two child support payments, even though the children live with him.
The children are important because without them, he won’t succeed. He’ll go down with her.
If he pulls that off, he’s solved all his problems.

As for him—
He’s been married, he’s seen what marriage is. He doesn’t need that anymore.
