The state of all Lagos hinterland roads is in a state of mess, Isolo, Ketu, Badagry area, Ikotu etc.

Can you as a matter of importance declare a State of Emergency on all Rural Roads in Lagos.

Also, call your entire Local Government officials to begin serious work in their locality and stop all these sharing of LG Allocation.

I offer you this advice believing that we should get back from you the much you have stolen from the state.

APC, you are becoming unpopular and we are all waiting for 2015 to vote you OUT.

Fellow Nairalander, some of us heard rumour of an Executive Secretary of a Local Government in Osun State who was caught by the police with armunitions like guns and cutlasses. Some of us wondered how true this rumour could be. That is why I decided to make this press release from Osun State Police Command available here. This is just to throw light to d trend of things as observers:

The attention of the Osun State Police Command has been drawn to the rumour making the round that an Executive Secretary of a Local Government in Osun State was arrested by the State Police Command for gun running. This is false in all ramifications.
Some newspapers had reported on July 10 that the Executive Secretary was arrested by the police for being in possession of 17 Kalashnikov rifles, 10 Pump Action guns and 50 machetes. No such thing happened in this command.
The police received a petition signed by one Hashim Abioye alleging attempted murder, illegal possession of firearms, violent conduct and criminal assault against four persons. The police invited all the parties and carried out a thorough investigation, including searches in the premises of those accused, in company of the petitioner. The allegations turned out to be false and without any basis. No weapon of any kind was found in possession of the Executive Secretary or any of his associates.
The Executive Secretary was at no time arrested, detained, taken to Abuja or threatened to be taken to Abuja by the command. It is most unfortunate that newspapers will report outright falsehood, unduly fuel crisis among the parties and generate tension among the people.
The quantum of weapons alleged is sufficient to start a war and the false report is therefore capable of instilling fear in the people and bring the peace in the state on the edge. This kind of allegation is therefore very sensitive and requires to be verified by the appropriate authority, which is the police.
For the avoidance of doubt, this command is alive to its responsibility of protecting lives and property and maintaining the liberty of all the people. We will therefore not allow any action capable of undermining the peace enjoyed in the state.
The police will like to advise those concerned to stop spreading rumours, falsehood and making unfounded allegations. We will also like to appeal to the media to be alive to their social responsibility of reporting the truth, and not speculation, and therefore seek to confirm any allegation from the police, no matter how seemingly credible the source may look.

And even if the people are no more confortable with his style of governance, what could make them think of Omisore as alternative to him? It seems people have lost their heads all in the name of stomarch. I know as a fact that Aregbesola and Omisore are not the two contestants. Compliment of the seasons to all my people on Nairaland. Pls I need ur urgent attention as per my Honda Accord 2002. The car has been malfunctioning since I bought it. I was advised on this forum that I should scan d car. Now, I have scanned d car, d result said "Random Cylinder Misfiring" and "Knock Sensor". These two issues were detected by the Electrician. He recommended to flush the injector Nozzles and that if d problem persist, I will have to change my fuel pump. Please, I need you guys to advice me appropriately. Expert in d house, pls help me, d car is giving me sleepless night.

icemann: Just to let you know, your mechanic didn't adjust s'hit. Your car idling is "Auto adjust", you would need to reprogram the ECU aka brain box for the idling to change. It is a complex stuff and it is Illegal in most countries. I do not recommend it. What ever he did is not the solution. To solve your problem do a scan first.

GREETINGS my people on Nairaland, I have this issue with my car which I want all of you with ideas to please kindly contribute. This car, when I start it to warm it up in d morning, it will suddenly go off. Also, when I am at junction ot at pot holes or bad road which require me to press brake a little, the engine will also go off. My Mechanic told me the igition is low and raised it but d problem persist. Pls help me with ur useful comment. It is urgent pls
