The race its not for the swift nor the battle for the strong. God reigns in the affairs of men and that will be proven to chelsea fans tomorrow. will ask arsenal fans to keep the cool and support in prayers for with god nothing shall be impossible. Chelsea will be a good rugby team anyday |
good talk. only God can deliver from the robbers, but then we can take precautions ourselves, like in cotonou you cant test drive a car outside the park agreed its even within the port premises. so car sellers need to take caution too. |
This is a sad commentary on corporate nigeria and am sure there are more publicly qouted companies being run as sole proprietorship. as for ait, dokpesi never for once hide the fact that it belongs to him and he can run it the way he likes the public offer notwithstanding. but am sure this can be challenged. my question is, is dia no chapter of NUJ in ait? can't they go on strike to press home their demands? |
may the new thread bring good tidings in the new season. I believe in miracles |
think we ve enof financial gurus on this thread to suggest a fool proof formula to bail the club out of this financial mess. but me thinks it does not take loads of csh to come up with strong tem tht cn contest for honors in the new season. so come up with some good options guys and stop the debt profile analysis |
who says the owner is not known? a beg the money na my own o. i don dey look for am so tay, a beg return my money o oga commissioner. but talking seriously how can the police come up with this cock and bull story about not knowing the owner of the account. i smell a rat here. |
what is all this fuss about a 400million, the money is the vote for food allowance in a month. Do you know how many mouths are fed daily in ogun gov's house ?. ![]() |
here is hoping the good run of AW's team will be sustained and they will end the season with a silverware to shame all the enemies dem. but am banking on next season, that will be more like it. |
o.k now. lets leave all these haters alone. am certain all dem go eat their words and bury their heads in shame at the end of the soccer season. gunners most certainly will spring a surprise that will leave them all stunned, I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES |
quite honestly me think the last poster got it right. there is no biz without its attendant risk and same goes for real estate in any part of the world. as it is taking the risk in nigeria is quite a worthwhile risk. |
Sienna, tnks so much. like i mentioned earlier the car is some miles away from where i reside now, so i cant get most of the information u requested. however its a v6 engine. dont know if the vin no will be of any use. it is WAULT64BX3N062853. The technicians are insisting an ECU that can work wt it will be needed to be able to determine or diagnose what the damage is. yea i know already that the ecu is quite expensive but can it not be repaired? on a last note can i ve your email address so i can reach you quickly. wont mind paying consultancy( thats a joke of course) cos its really worth it. am better educated than the tech people with your incisive analysis. tnks a million. |
sienna, i beg pls respond tommy last post. biko nu, i know you are busy but pls help a brother in need. tnks a million |
well, all said and done . as a resident of ogun state there is no doubt that ogd has tried his best in turning the state capital abeokuta form a sleepy civil state to a vibrant and modern state capital we all can be proud of. no govt can meet all the demands of the people, |
Sienna, pls i need your help urgently. Remeber i said my car was towed to a garage after fake service parts esp plugs, oil and fuel filter damaged the coils. The coils that were bought as replacement were so bad they started to emit smoke less than an hour afte they were fixed. Now the bad news is that the garage is claiming the ECU (engine control unit) is damaged as it cant transmit power to the coil and the nozzle( wtever that means) although it does to other areas. pls i need your expert advice before more damage is done to this car. i love the car so much and i just cant imagine going thro this much stress less than a year after i bought the car. pls help, |
gaylord, i must confess audi is a very good ride and i cant but agree with sienna that the problem in nigeria at least will be that of getting good hands to handle repairs which is not frequent. ve used my own a6 for about 8 months without touching a pin. am certain the a4 will be more econmical to deal with in nigeria. i also know there are garages in lagos that are quite good but for wtever reason i was told they dont work on american specs which is rather funny tho am yet to confirm. my car is now in a garage in lagos and i will let u know wtever happens. on a final note am sure you a=cant regret buying a audi given the reasons already put forward by Sienna. all the best. |
Thanks a million Sienna. very useful advice coming from you but am green on most of the things you talked about and i need that you throw more light. i will definetely invest in the OBD II scanner as you advised and wldnt know if u can help wt that. Although am sure my own problem was the result of wrong spark plugs, what else did you say can cause the misfiring. do you ve any idea of a good garage back here in nigeria where one can get good service for audi? hope am not too much of a bother to you. tnks again. |
wonder if all those rooting for nokia ever owned a sony ericsson. its different strokes and it all depend on what you want in a phone and of course the range you are talking about. me think nokia has run out of ideas and they are now more reactionary than innovative. its sony ericssson for me though and if you can afford it try the new se x1. you will never touch a nokia again. |
am new on the auto thread and it appears i will need Siena's help as i join others to welcome him back. dont know for how long he's been missing though. i quite like the way he analysed the problems most nigerians face keeping their cars on the road esp if its not these common japanese models. i ve a audi A6 2003 model that i took for routine service for the first time since i bought it about 8 months ago. its been a load of problems ever since and now am going to tow the car to a garage in lagos. only one coil was said to be faulty and by the time it was replaced the remaining 5 were condemned and now all the replacements got burnt. can Sieena pls give me a clue before its too late. i agree audis are quite good and very strong but coping with the illterrate technicians its another kettle of fish. waiting |
for gods sake why should you stick to an experiment if its not working. think AW should ve fortify the team with experienced hands tonight esp given how badly we needed a silverware this season . AW is not God and should not pretend to know it all. as for bendtner, he played wt bended mind tonight and it is difficult to blv he was not paid to oust the gunners from the competition, even his rescue goal against dynamo was cancelled by this woeful performance cos if he had tken his chances that wld ve taken the drained the energy out of the burnley team early, too bad it ended lk ds |
someone with serious issue is seeking advice from well meaning people on this forum and it is unthinkable that a poster is already toasting her. he is obviosly not serious and will be a far terrible husband than the one ify is complaining about. i will counsel our dear friend to commit her husband to god in prayer cos there is no one God can change. Divorce is definetetly not the solution. |
what the club needs to do now is definetely not being embroiled in controversies. its not gonna help anybody least of all the players. the management should take a deep look at what the problem with the team is and deal with it. passing the buck is not going to get us anywhere near the league trophy, it is more important that all hands be on deck to build this promising young team. there is not one player in that team as it is now who does not ve a problem putting in his best. let AW deal with that. |
hmm, gab i sri for your mama o.your toilet will be anywhere and everywhere, na him be say you go pee and shit for any hole and you go soon catch aids, so fast you wont be peeing for too long. |

sauron, well said, but think its time AW finds a way of dealing with teams like Hull who dont want to play neat? |
all i know is that arsenal fans should join me in fasting and prayer for our darling team. i am begining to suspect the problem of the team is spiritual and must be tackled spiritually otherwise how do you explain manu defeat and the loss to aston. |
its so exciting to see arsenal win. i said that prayer can do it with hardwork. coldnt watch the match live cos i was busy supporting the boys with prayers. watching the replay i was convinced that my prayers were answered. can we raise a prayer team for our darling club? with God no team will be unbeatable for us for God can never be a loser |
yes pray we will cos nothing is impossible. even david fell goliath. all arsenal haters i pray wiil be silence on sat. |
tithing works and that is quite true for those who obey God's injuction. the experience and testimony of tithers is enof proof it is the will of God |
Yes i blv we can and we will. But we need to pray hard before we play hard and ask for mother luck to be on the side of the lads. God help us. |
