Computers / Re: How Do I Connect One Printer To Different Computers? by Knownpal(m): 10:35am On Apr 14, 2016 |
Make sure the computer that owns the printer is connected to a WIFI, share the printer to be used and then you'll connect all other computers to the same WIFI. If you WIFI is a problem you can create Hotspot on your android phone it doesn't necessary mean it must connect to the internet. To share your printer Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers. Right-click the printer you want to share, and then click Printer properties. Click the Sharing tab, and select the Share this printer check box. I think that method is good for low budget offices and individuals who can't purchase a wireless printer. For more info : http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000904.htm 10 Likes |

I'm tired of this jamb and school ish o. A friend of mine went to Jamb Office Lagos and he was told that there's no Jamb Regularization this year. Now, another friend of mine went and register and she was unable to. The question now is which way? Should we still be chilling? |

Got someone working in Jamb Office Abuja. He told me that Jamb hasn't ordered any school to start the regularization but it was wrong for the school to send students back to Jamb Office, since it was schools that really caused it. So it's like we should just chill. |
Education / Re: DIRECT ENTRY Admissions 2016 by Knownpal(m): 2:57pm On Apr 06, 2016 |
Harbioye: Fine I wouldn't know if that's how they did it last year. Since 13/14 session, we've been paying everything online. Even common Log Book, it was online. How much more Regularization. I wrote that I saw Regularization online for 5800, and we are gonna do the audit the same way we've been auditing. A friend of mine went to school this morning and she was told that Jamb never tell them anything that she should go to Jamb. I am not asking anybody to do anything, just passing out what I discovered. |

To all Kwara Poly students, if this Regularization will be needed by Jamb all you have to do is to logon to https://kwarapoly.waeup.org/. Your username is your Student ID on your payment slip. While the password is your matric number. You pay the normal way you are going to pay for Transcript, Statement of Result, Convocation Brochure among others. When I summed it up my brothers and sisters, we are paying N22500 for everything Jamb Regularization is part of it, if Jamb no go need it again it would be N16700. Now the thing I don't know is where we are going to audit and submit the payment slip like we used to do for Log Book, School Fee and Hostels etc. I was told some peeps don even collect Certificate. Please don't say you don't know o, you know how KP can be so funny at times. It's better we leave what are doing and go and collect these things. Thanks. 1 Like |

Programming / Must Everything Go The Web Way? by Knownpal(m): 11:35am On Mar 29, 2016 |
Good day house. You see am a kind of person who likes automation, I like robots. Everything around me, I like to automate it, but for now, I can only automate things in a computer. Well, maybe because am lazy, newboston taught me that, (Like getting notepad++ to replace the codes that aren't working with the working ones wherever they are found in a number of opened files, writing a program to search the net and download a particular file that ends with .tar just saying sha). So now, in this our country, if someone like me continue in this automation world, is it that I won't make enough of the second reason why I got interested in programming (i.e financial ). I am not against web dev, in as much as I have skills in it, but am just wondering. In the country right now, there's is huge need of web developers what happened to the robotics, the desktop apps. Please la share la opinion. |
