U Must Run 3.2 Kilometres withinq 15minutes (if i can remember)

And u must get 2 d finish Line within dat time, if u dnt . You will be disqualified.

Male run 3.2km in 15minutes while female is 18minutes.

Datz If u r Already admitted. If U r already admitted nd durinq ur stay, U fell sick U will granted medical support and U will be reliefed from traininq. Meaninq no traininq with oda cadets durinq dat period of his/her illment.

Until u recover...but wat i dnt knw is if u will continue ur traininq wer u stopped or d traininq will be repeated. u nid 2 be a cadet 2 knw dat.

And As For Afsb...durinq ur 2 weeks stay U coincidentally Fell ill...Bros U r On ur Own.
