poster it's a normal thing for producers to sample songs now as a matter of fact most of the greatest hits on air now are samples on popular songs and some not so popular.One thing i do have a big problem with is people dissing your family over an argument that is just barbaric and shouldnt be tolerated .i mean, come on we are Nigerians why cant we have civilized discussions? I know if you guys were to see face to face people would think twice about verbally abusing your family especially your mother.Whoever the moderator of this site is should keep an eye on wats going on here its appauling and should be dealt with.

God bless you guys for feeling this growing pain, i know for a fact that dj humility does collect money and he'll probably play the song a couple of times and thats it.how do you expect newcomers to rival people like Dbanj when they dont have money?Back in the day all you needed was a good song and sky was the limit, but now, these djs play songs of people they know will pay them, it has even got to a point where people like dbanj dont even pay in advance because the djs would call them and say omo i dey play your song gan o! i mean honestly all the songs dbanj has come up with from begining till date,if he didnt have the money he has now would he have this kind of airplay? We all know the answer, its sad back in the day people like daddy showkey,baba fryo,danny wilson,blackky,sonny okosun,sunny ade,mike okri,esse agesse,onyeka onwenu,christyessien etc didnt have to pay for airplay but now if they had a single because of the trend now they would have to, What a shame!

Why is it that all these media houses feel they can get rich quick off upcoming artistes? i heard from a reliable source that that girl on sound city called yinka or, ''yeancah'' as she spells it was demanding $250 from an artiste saying if he wanted his video on her charts,thats what he would have to pay.Hip tvif you dont pay them a visit they dont want to recognize you.What ever happened to ''if i'm hot, let the world know''? In Nigeria everyone is after your finances .Radio,if they paid royalties to artistes for playing their songs,then it would make sense for the artiste to pay them for his song to be played but in Nigeria dem no send you, Well i know say nothing wey this post fit do but i just had to let it out and wish all naija upcoming acts , GOODLUCK, and the entertainment industry the same.
