I don't have admission yet and yet to apply, just weighing my options.

It is a matter of choice as MSc. alone will suffice. You will earn the same score if you evaluate MSc. alone or both MSc. and BSc. However, for professions (like Engineering) that require registration in Canada, you might later need to evaluate your BSc.

Note that if you eventually make the decision to evaluate your MSc. alone, do not include BSc. details when completing your profile with WES as they will ask for you to submit the BSC. certificate and transcripts if you do.

Please for WES Evaluation, is it only your highest qualification need to be evaluated or all. For example, i have masters and bsc, do i need to evaluate both or just one.

I estimated your AGE as 29 (fresh grad with 3 years exp) and your IELTS as CLB (L-R-S-W 8-7-7-7) and got a CRS of 429. A CLB of 9 in Ilets is easily achievable with good prep and practice.

I scored 357 not 429. Age 29, I and my wife both have masters degree, both of us has 3 and 4 years work experience respectively, IELTS currently is 6 in all band.

I score 357, which means i need provincial nomination, please province is better at the moment.

No, provincial nomination isn't compulsory if you polled a good CRS score, anything north of 450. How high you score depends on your --Age, IELTS score, Level of education. Your 3 years of work experience already gives you the max point under work experience criteria.

However, if your CRS score is low, you would have to depend on province nomination in order to land an ITA.

Please is it compulsory to have provincial nomination before one can apply? from the online assessment i just did now, they said that i am eligible to submit express entry and i did not put provincial nomination.
