The .Net Desktop Runtimes that was uploaded is only for 64 bit computers, that's why it doesn't install on most 32 bit computers.

You must have profile code first before proceeding to bank for e-pin. hope this is helpful.
Some registration centres have some banking officers associated with them, in such centre you can pay for e-pin.

Put the automatic update of time to off or use GPS provided time and change it to a date far from that speculated day.... so u can now update it ... just be clicking retry till it started downloading
