Hi Betty, I have done the step 2 of unilorin post UME. The first step is to buy the card with the pin from any bank, though i bought my from Zenith bank Ketu branch but if you get your pin from net then you need to pay your money to the pin before you can use it to register, . login as a new user with ur e-mail address and ur password, then the rest process. The website is alwys busy. |
