They are not qualify but their land is qualify to be 'destroyed' all in the name of oil exploration by chevron.

They're making billions of $$$s everyday while these youths suffer in the midst of plenty.

Is it not better for chevron to keep them busy than for them to become militants,kidnappers,armed robbers etc.
