According to my knowledge of the word of God; it is important to start by saying that; the WORD of God and Jesus Christ are parts of God just like our body parts. They can't be separated. John 1:1 says 'In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God and, the WORD was GOD. The WORD became flesh(Jesus) and dwell among us,

To answer the OP, before Jesus Christ came to the world to save us, the WORD of God was only for some few chosen people. But when Christ died for us all, the WORD became available for us all even if you are the GREATEST sinner in the entire universe.

In summary, God's WORD is for everyone. And, any WORD of God without Jesus Christ is from the Devil because Jesus Christ is the WORD of God. Through the WORD of God(Jesus Christ), EVERYTHING was CREATED. Not a single thing was CREATED without the WORD of God. The WORD of God is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE.

{b} He will live a righteous life (1Jn.2:29)
{c} He will no longer be able to sin (1Jn.3:9)
{d} He will learn to love (1Jn.4:7)
{e} He will live an overcomer's life (1Jn.5:4)

Warning: If you are so obsessed in persecuting christians everywhere and on nairaland, just like Saul did before he met Jesus, I beg you to repent before it's too late. You may not get the same grace like Saul.
