I am not saying they don't offer the said services, they do. but brothers and sisters don't ever have any issues with them, if you do just forget your money... I am not saying this because it happened to me once or twice..It has happened many times. it is their anthem... any technical issues arising from funding is counted as a loss on your part no matter the amount involved. Their customer care is simply window dressing. whether email or Whatsapp or even calls. they don't attend to customers. if you love your money don't go close to them. |
