I think it is going on simultaneously in each local govt. so depending on where u selected as your location.

screening of shortlisted candidates is ongoing are various headquarters of the 23 LGAs, you need to present your highest qualification certificate, age declaration, certificate of LG state origin, means of identification (National ID card, Driver's license etc)

pls no vex. we would truly appreciate if we can get the correct list of the document we would need for the verification. becos I those hear more than 20 different documents combination

No, you can use it anytime and if u dont need the card again, you can load it back to your wallet at no extra cost e.g if u generate a data recharge PIN of say 550 naira, you can decide to load it back to your wallet and get your 550 naira back
