I am a big fan of Prof. Chukwuma Soludo. A very big fan based mainly on his academic credentials.

However, Prof. Soludo committed the biggest political suicide yesterday with this quote " The last time a president was here, he was here to commission a brewery"

A lot of interpretation was wrongly read as an affront to his predecessor Peter Obi and seen as an opportunity to score a cheap political point.

He will pay dearly that I can say emphatically.

The biggest gain of the Naira devaluation has been measured currently is in the Tourism sector in Nigeria.

The last four (4) months has seen a significant spike in Real Estate and hospitality demand for construction and modernisation of recreation and tourist spots especially within the Lagos, Oyo and Abuja axis.

It's a verifiable fact that a weaker naira has seen more Nigerians living in diaspora visiting Nigeria for leisure or Investments.
