IMO its the size of individual documents; I may be wrong though. But please don't forget that the instructions also say that "Please ensure you have properly scanned and legible copies of the following documents available in specified format before you proceed to submit your application."

buchaisky: i got the assessment invite too by mail, which i strongly believe is a personality test (might be wrong though) sent to everyone that scaled through the last stage. now interview invites are coming in batches. those going for interviews today also got the assessment mails. so logical thinking should be able to tell us that.

I go with ur reasoning jor and yes, its a personality test. They expect u to ansWer 90 questions in 15mins. Once u exceed ur time, d timer turns red. I've done mine

I really don't know; those that were called also got the assessment link from Adexen. So its either of two things;

1. BAT is calling in batches (I really hope they are);
2. Adexen wants to keep our information against other recruitment exercises and its the end of the road as per BAT.

Please if you have any info, share with the house

Take a BRT (buy the #120 ticket) drop at CMS then take a bus going to Sandfill (or Sandfield its really hard to tell what its rili called). Drop at Sandfill then take a bike to the venue. If there are no bikes, walk a little down into the street opp Oriental hotel (@ sandfill); ull see tricycles; drop b4 dey get 2 shoprite and walk (as stated in d mail dey sen)

Hey guys, its not an assessment center, its an interview with Adexen (their recruitment consultants) where they will also verify our credentials. We are currently at Step 3

Step 3: Screening and Interview
If you are successful with the online test, we will invite you for a screening and an interview session with our consultants. Your credentials as stated during your application will be reviewed and confirmed

Apparently, this Canton Course is a facility owned by a third party; so it was probably rented to BAT/Adexen for this recruitment. So there's no way of knowing if BAT personnel will be there or just guys from Adexen.
