I scored 69.09% and i got a text and an Invite today Group U 12pm.
Pls can anyone help out with the direction from Ketu to the venue: 12 Landbridge Avenue, Oniru Estate (down the road beside The Palms), Victoria Island

As much as I have tried 2 stay cool about BATN inviting those that scored 69 and above, I think I should also air my views on this development........ I think dey should invite everyone that scored above 50..... U might ask why and d answer is d@ der is really no difference b/w d person who scored 74.99 and d 1 who scored 50 according to BATN standard, dey'r all average..... And 1 oda tin they fail 2 put in2 scope is d fact d@ d best performers on d job are most times not d best test takers and who is to say dose who scored unbeleivable marks didn't have 1 form of help or d oda..... Afterall I wasn't der when dey tuk d test...... Hw can som1 possibly get a 96% in d@ test without assistance (baba genius)??...... Anyways its jst my views on dis, I knw a lot of u will beg 2 differ but I just spoke d mind of a lot of others...... UE.

Take a BRT (buy the #120 ticket) drop at CMS then take a bus going to Sandfill (or Sandfield its really hard to tell what its rili called). Drop at Sandfill then take a bike to the venue. If there are no bikes, walk a little down into the street opp Oriental hotel (@ sandfill); ull see tricycles; drop b4 dey get 2 shoprite and walk (as stated in d mail dey sen)

Relax, people can score even 100 percent in tests without assistance. I have done it before. No big deal there. Just practise. Anyway, when you run your own company, u can use your own recruitment process.

U need to read n understand, sometimes wen ppl say things, they mean the other.
@ultraendowed is not saying no one can score 100%, he's only making reference to BAT standard as well as, of which u will agree wit me, a test conducted online of which u cant tell if its d real candidate dat did d test, cannot b relied upon. For dat reason, I'll rather d recruitment b done according to BAT's standard. Cos its really not fair if some set of ppl from same classification get called while d others r ignored, thats very unfair. cos b4 now alot of ppl have read thru BAT recruitment policy, n dey knew scoring above 50% u hv a chance only to b disappointed not by BAT, but by d recruitment agency. We'll all get there someday, no matter how long it takes.

We are all grouped in twelves, 12 persons per group, however i don't envisage a role play situation, I think it's still individual assessment probably for 10 minutes or so....
Do we need to come with our documents or certificate

Really, i tend to believe dis cos considering the fact that different groups are scheduled in 1 hour difference and that can not be enough for a group work neither could it be enough for a any thorough process to eliminate or get to know any candidate better.

Guy, you are the one who doesnt read. That guy said some scores were UNBELIEVABLE. Where did BAT tell you the pass mark is 50? This is business, bro. Nothing fair or unfair. There is a cost to the recruitment process and to keep progressing a lot of people to the next stage would cost a lot. Just so you know, there are only 6 spots available for the MT-manufacturing program.
