Sheriman:
Which one be better career?? Just do what is easier for you. Some people find it easier in writing codes while others find it difficult. Some people find animating of characters difficult but easier writing codes not only that we also must look at the entering requirements for animation compare to software development, It is total different entirely.
3D animation is capital intensive for average Nigerians to start unlike software development where you can use a budget laptop to start learning. Their learning curve is different. We all know the financial situation of ourselves in this country so Nigerians will go for a tech field where the entering requirements is not too much for them even as low as entering requirements for software development is thousands of young people can't still afford a low budget laptop and data.
your choice. It’s totally fine.

Creating a realistic environment in Blender involves several steps, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Here's a simplified overview:

Modeling: Start by creating or importing 3D models of objects in your environment. Blender provides tools for modeling, such as extrusion, subdivision, and sculpting, to create realistic shapes.
Texturing: Apply textures to your models to give them realistic surfaces. Use image textures for color, normal maps for surface detail, and bump maps for minor height variations.
Lighting: Set up realistic lighting using various light sources like sunlight, lamps, or emissive materials. Experiment with the intensity, color, and shadows to achieve the desired mood.
Materials: Assign materials to objects to control how they interact with light. Adjust properties like roughness, reflectivity, and transparency for realism.
Camera Setup: Position and configure the camera to capture the scene from the desired perspective. Consider using depth of field for a more realistic focus effect.
Environment Textures: Use high-quality HDRI (High Dynamic Range Images) as environment textures for realistic reflections and lighting. Blender has built-in support for this.
Render Settings: Adjust render settings, including resolution, sampling, and denoising, to achieve a realistic final image. Choose a rendering engine like Cycles for photorealistic results.
Post-Processing: After rendering, you can further enhance your image using post-processing tools in Blender or external software like Photoshop or GIMP. This may include color correction, compositing, and adding effects.
Animation (Optional): If you want to create a realistic animated environment, you'll need to set up keyframes, rigging, and possibly physics simulations for objects in your scene.
Testing and Iteration: Continuously preview and render your scene, making adjustments as needed to achieve realism. Realism often comes from fine-tuning details.
Remember that creating a truly realistic environment in Blender can be a complex and time-consuming process. It requires a good understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting principles. Additionally, consider using reference images and studying real-world environments for inspiration and accuracy.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus M15 with a Core i7 10th gen processor, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, and a 6GB dedicated Nvidia RTX 2060 GPU is a decent system for 3D animation, especially considering it's a laptop. However, if you're on a low budget and looking for alternatives, you might consider building a desktop PC. You can often get better performance for the same budget with a desktop.

Here are some components you can consider for a budget-friendly desktop PC for 3D animation:

Processor (CPU): Look for a powerful multi-core processor like an AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel Core i5 or i7.
Graphics Card (GPU): While the Nvidia RTX 2060 is a good choice, consider looking for newer, more budget-friendly GPUs like the Nvidia GTX 1660 Super or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT.
Memory (RAM): Aim for at least 16GB of RAM, preferably with good speed and dual-channel memory for better performance.
Storage: You can start with a 512GB SSD for your OS and software, but consider adding a larger HDD for storing your project files.
Motherboard: Choose a compatible motherboard with the necessary ports and expandability options.
Power Supply (PSU): Ensure you have a reliable PSU with enough wattage to support your components.
Case: Pick a case that suits your preferences and has good airflow for cooling.
Monitor: Don't forget to budget for a good quality monitor with a high resolution and color accuracy, crucial for 3D animation work.
Input Devices: Invest in a quality mouse and keyboard for precise work.
Operating System: Factor in the cost of your preferred operating system, whether it's Windows or a Linux distribution that supports your animation software.
Building a desktop PC allows for more flexibility and potentially better performance for your budget. Keep an eye out for deals and promotions to make the most of your budget.

Creating a realistic splash water simulation is a complex task that typically involves advanced software and tools like fluid dynamics solvers. Here's a simplified step-by-step overview of the process:

Software: You'll need access to 3D modeling and animation software like Blender, Maya, or Houdini, which have built-in fluid simulation capabilities.
Scene Setup:
Create your scene with the objects you want to interact with the water.
Define the boundaries for your fluid simulation (e.g., a glass, a pool, or a container).
Fluid Simulation:
Use your chosen software's fluid simulation system to create the water splash.
Set the fluid properties like viscosity, density, and surface tension to match real-world characteristics.
Define the initial state of the fluid (e.g., an object entering the water).
Mesh Generation:
Generate a mesh from your fluid simulation results. This mesh will represent the water's surface.
Adjust mesh resolution for detail.
Materials:
Assign realistic materials to the water surface and objects.
Use shaders to simulate water properties like transparency, reflection, and refraction.
Lighting:
Set up appropriate lighting in your scene to illuminate the water and create reflections.
Rendering:
Configure your rendering settings for quality and realism.
Render your animation frame by frame, as fluid simulations can be computationally intensive.
Post-Processing:
Use post-processing techniques to enhance the final output, such as color correction and compositing.
Physics and Dynamics:
If needed, apply physics and dynamics to objects interacting with the water (e.g., buoyancy, splashes).
Animation:
Animate any objects that are causing the splash or interacting with the water.
Render and Simulate:
Continuously tweak settings, simulate, and render until you achieve the desired realism.
Final Output:
Compile your rendered frames into a video or image sequence.
Remember, creating a realistic water splash simulation can be a time-consuming and technically challenging task, often requiring expertise in 3D animation and simulation. Tutorials specific to your chosen software can provide more detailed guidance for each step in the process.

How to render in blender fast and retain high quality project

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fKMdVGnOro.

To render faster in Blender, you can consider these strategies:

Optimize Scene Complexity: Reduce the number of polygons, textures, and particles in your scene. Simplifying the scene can significantly speed up rendering.
Use GPU Rendering: If your computer has a powerful graphics card, switch to GPU rendering in Blender's settings. It's generally faster than CPU rendering.
Use Optimal Render Settings: Adjust render settings like resolution, samples, and light bounces. Lowering these values can speed up rendering but might affect quality.
Use Denoising: Enable denoising options to reduce noise in the final image, which allows you to use fewer samples without sacrificing quality.
Render Layers: Divide your scene into separate layers and render them individually. You can then composite them together in post-production.
Caching: Utilize caching for simulations, like physics or particle systems, to avoid recalculating them for each frame.
Render Farm or Cloud Rendering: Consider using external render farms or cloud services to distribute rendering across multiple machines for faster results.
Bake Textures: Bake complex textures like ambient occlusion, lighting, or shadows to speed up rendering.
Avoid Global Illumination: If not necessary, you can disable global illumination or use simpler lighting setups.
Use Proxies: When working with high-poly models, use proxy objects for viewport editing and switch to the full-resolution version only for rendering.
Optimize Materials: Simplify complex materials, and avoid using overly reflective or refractive shaders unless necessary.
Remember, the balance between speed and quality is essential. Experiment with these tips to find the best settings for your specific project.
