@dammytosh I get ur drift loud n clear but, I agree FCMB made all clear in an Offer Letter to these guys but does that take from the fact that it is highly questionable employment practice? |

WE ALL MAY BE CORRECT IN OUR OWN WAYS BUT THESE QUESTIONS CONTINUE TO BUG ME, IS FCMB THE GUILTY PARTY HERE? IS FCMB THE ONLY FIRM GUILTY OF THIS PRACTISE? WHERE R OUR LABOUR LAWS WHEN IT COMES TO THE WAY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES? LET'S ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AND IN ONE FELL SWOOP JOINTLY ATTACK THIS UNWHOLESOME PRACTISE IN NIGERIAN FIRMS. |
