I am NT admission officer. However ,frm d scores I hv seen ,n numb of stdnt in DAT range I predictd 69 merit. And it tallied wt wat I got frm a source in complex. Edo cud b 67 or 68

Last year, Medicine admitted 90 People thru UTME and an additional 10 through DE.

This year, NUC has increased the quota.

Some people are just here to scare people.

But what I do know for other post is that, some people do have extra power to make the impossible happen like having 55 and getting Medicine. Things happen. I know of somebody who was admitted into English Last year but with the influence of someone, he cleared for Law.

So do not be discouraged. Hope on God and try squeeze your way through.

For me, this is my year.

Then i called my guy who told me that is gonna inqury frm a med and surg admission officer tomorrow.

if u we are to go by previous admissions, dey hardly give pharmacy as second choice. If u miss first choice u are likely to get course like zoology,botany,agric. However Dix year might b different from previous years due to d fact that d number of candidates Dix year is not as much as d previous ones.and also unlike medicine pharmacy admit upto 170 student. Jux b prayin. D way tinx are going ur score may NT get medicine.bt nothing is impossible dear. U could still get medicine. Ur state of origin matters.

The cutoff mark is not certain.all nah speculation.the only time u can knw the cutoff is wen students r admitted.then u judge the cutoff.uniben does not release cutoff.and if they do.it will be official nt to some group of people
to clear matters.someone called me and said cutoff for med will be 65 this dat a prof told him.dats hez so happy now.but all i told was to calm untill d day.

Lamuel7: Take note... If u scored above 240 in jamb and could not get up to 60 in putme, they will surely question ur jamb score.. Dats d essence of putme.. U shud be able to defend ur jamb score by replicating it or even with better performance in d putme.. Dis is just one of d numerous criteria.. So dose whose aggregates are high by virtue of jamb score only,, don't be surprised if u do not see ur name on d merit list.. Sure u will be given admission but definately not to ur desired course except d competition there is not high... in case u wanna confirm, go and ask som guys dat had high agg last year and weren't admitted,, ask them of their jamb and putme score,, compare and contrast,,, and u will see why they were not admitted
