Last night, my nineteen year old daughter got a mouthwatering offer for an ushering job. The pay was N10,000 per day. It was for 3 days. She and her friends were excited about the offer. We had been talking about discerning spirit and she just felt all wasn’t right. When something is too good to be true then it is. She said one of the things that struck her was when he offered her VIP section to usher and she asked if the pay was different, he said no so she opted for regular. She then googled the event the guy mentioned. There was nothing on the net about the event. For a big company like Coca Cola there should be some hype about their launch but that wasn’t the case. There was nothing about it on social media or their site. She became suspicious. The address he also dropped was bogus too.She called the guy to ask questions he couldn’t answer. When they were too much, he blocked her. She quickly notified her friends and one of them called him. Guess what, he was arranging a hookup for them for the weekend. Imagine! If the girls had shown up, they would have been lured for hookup. But was it really hookup? The kidnap spree now is no more to get money but for organ harvesting. People are disappearing especially young girls and it is because they are lured with financial gains. Imagine making N30k in a weekend for standing for six hours. Many young girls will jump at it but these are guise used to lure girls into prostitution or get their organs. Get close to your wards. We are living in perilous times which require us to get closer to our maker and get our children to know Him too. True Life Stories @ www.knowefritin.com

When you think of a broken heart, you probably picture something out of a romantic movie or a cartoon heart, cracked like a fragile piece of china. Indeed, so-called “broken heart syndrome” has a certified place in popular culture, and has been eloquently used in films such as The Notebook. But while we certainly feel “heartbreak” during periods of emotional upheaval, can you actually die of a broken heart? The answer is never going to be simple, so first we should start with a bit of science. In the last two decades, atrial fibrillation (AF), a form of irregular heartbeat, has become one of the most important public health problems and a significant cause of increasing healthcare costs in western countries. Individuals with AF have a five-fold and two-fold increased risk of stroke and death, respectively. It is estimated that there will be 14-17m AF patients in Europe by 2030; with 120,000–215,000 new cases diagnosed each year. In the United States, AF prevalence is projected to increase from 5.2m in 2010 to 12.1m cases in 2030. Read more @ www.knowefritin.com

Lady Shares Heart Touching Story of Her Friend who Slumped and Died During His Wedding. This is her story: Saturday 19th OCT 2019 @Chukwuemeka Onwuka , I remember you visiting my office in August when you came to Lagos for a seminar, even with your very tight schedule. My first encounter with you was in 2010, PSF Absu chapter when I ran away from holding a post in the fellowship.. I remember you always telling me that God will surely catch me and I must serve him whether I like it or not.. You will always laugh at me and call me ‘MAMA in the making’, I would frown at the tease but today my service to God is not measurable.. [img][/img] After school and I went for service in Lokoja (2015), I met you again by chance (apparently you also got a job in Lokoja) and was even staying behind my lodge and you became an elder brother again... Fast forward to August/September 2019, we talked about life, my relationship and yours and boom you told me you have found the one and will be settling down soon.. you gave me full gist about how you popped the question and I blushed on your behalf On my birthday, you made your colleagues sing a happy birthday song to me and the list remains countless... I have woken you up as early as 5:30am to ask for advice and you are ever ready to be brother and friend.. I was supposed to attend your wedding but for some obvious reasons I couldn’t and as usual, I was waiting for your wedding pictures.. I am still waiting for that wedding picture from you.. Haven’t been able to sleep well, and for days I am still in shock , and writing this down I pray will give me the closure I seek bcs the last time I felt this way was when my dad died.. Still praying you aren’t gone forever and there is going to be a miracle and for some reasons we will meet again.. When they talk about a Christian brother, you are one I could vouch for....... Dr Eugene Gu, Surgeon-scientist specialist in saving the lives of infants with congenital heart and kidney diseases. Subpoenaed but not silenced by Congress who as also Sued Donald Trump and won has this as a reply to Trump on abortion. See his words: No responsible doctor anywhere in the United States would terminate a healthy fetus that can be safely delivered and survive on it’s own outside the mother’s womb. In most cases, this is when a fetus weighs more than 500 grams and is older than 24 weeks of gestation. Trump and the Republicans are trying to confuse the American people about the concept of fetal viability. There are fatal diseases like bilalteral renal agesis, where a fetus has no kidneys, and anencephaly, where the fetus has no brain, which are totally incompatible with life. If a fetus has a totally fatal disease like bilateral renal agenesis or anencephaly, it will not survive whether it is 25 weeks, 35 weeks, 40 weeks, or even after delivery. Forcing mothers to carry these babies to term no matter what is psychologically traumatizing and cruel. There are also cases where the mother’s life is in severe jeopardy. If she has dangerously high blood pressures called pre-eclampsia, she could have seizures and end-organ damage resulting in her death. These situations may call for a therapeutic abortion to save her life. Read More: www.knowefritin.com

10 year challenge (How Did Age Hit You, #2009vs2019, GlowUpChallenge) is a photography comparison challenge in which people publish photos of themselves, taken 10 years ago. Also is a meme with two pictures parodying the challenge. How Hard Did Aging Hit You Challenge was started on Facebook. It is believed that the first prominent user to partake in the challenge was Damon Lane, chief meteorologist for KOCO News 5 in Oklahoma. The post appeared on his facebook page on January 11th, 2019. Initially, the meaning of the challenge was to compare your first profile picture with your current one. Then people just began to publish photos of themselves from 10 years ago (in 2009) adjacent to a recent image of them from 2019. So the challenge has several names: 2009 vs. 2019, How Did Age Hit You or 10 year challenge. With the growing popularity of the challenge, new memes appeared, to make it even more entertaining. People began to post pictures of animals, movie characters in the style of the challenge. Read More: http://www.knowefritin.com/2019/01/origin-of-facebook-10-years-challenge.html

Former Nigerian pop group Plantashun Boyz which consisted of 2face (now known as 2Baba), Blackface and Faze has been regarded as the group that pioneered the Nigerian pop sound that has now been refined to become the golden sound that is called the ‘African sound’. The group was eventually dissolved and since their split, 2Baba and Blackface have had several public fallouts; with Black being the vocal part and seeming instigator of the spinoffs. Where does this beef stem from? 2000 – 2004: Brief Backstory The group was formed during their college years in Enugu while they were students at the Institute Of Management And Technology (I.M.T Enugu). Plantashun Boyz reigned supreme between 2000 to 2004 when they eventually broke up – a move that shattered the hearts of their fanbase. Since their split, which was supposedly caused by several internal disagreements and fallouts, 2Face Idibia who now goes by 2Baba has had the most successful solo career – one that cannot be matched by any other member of the defunct group. This decade-long split has been followed by several messy accusations – right after their split, Black Face and Faze had accused 2Baba of betrayal and theft; claiming that 2Baba’s solo breakthrough hit ‘African Queen’ was a property of Plantashun Boiz, asserting that 2Baba absconded with the record as soon as the group was dissolved and released it without the approval of Faze or Black Face. While Faze eventually let go of his sentiments and patched things up with 2Face, Black Face has continued to be frienemies with Idibia. 2007: Plantanshun Boiz Reunited In 2007, the trio squashed their beef and reunited for a new album titled Plan B. The eleven track project which contained hits like; Ocean of Passion was distributed by T Joe. The project fell part as none of the former friends seemed particularly excited about it. 2013: Blackface Was Absent from 2Baba’s Wedding 2Baba tied the knot with Annie Macauley and Blackface was conspicuously missing from the ceremony. On why he didn’t make it to the wedding, Blackface disclosed that he wasn’t invited. 2Baba however countered his claim during an interview on Rubbin Minds – citing that Blackface was invited- at least to the traditional wedding in Calabar. 2014: Plantashun Boiz Suprise Performance During the grand finale of the 2014 Hennessy Artistry 2Baba who ended the show, surprised guests by bringing up members of his former boy band, Plantainshun Boiz onstage and they performed a medley of their classics, Plantashun Boiz, Don’t You Know, Cousin’s Cousin, Knock Me Off to the delight of eager fans. That brief moment did not last for long however… 2016: Black Face Accused 2Baba of Theft y not ask dat u wana record my song?I was out in d wilderness n u never called becos u wish me dead so my properties be urs? @official2baba — BlackFaceNaija (@Blackfacenaija) January 25, 2016 Black Face took to twitter on the 25th of January 2016, of theft claiming that 2Baba’s collaboration with American singer Bridget Kelly ‘Let Somebody Love You’ was written by him. 2Baba soon reacted to the accusations during an interview on Channels TV; ‘It is just so unfortunate. I do not know where it is coming from (but) I am trying to think of different reasons’, he said. 2017: Black Face Accuses 2Baba Once Again During a recent interview on the Loose Talk Podcast, Black Face opined that his former partner, 2Baba, was past his best and has not done anything outstanding since he left Plantashun Boyz. He also accused 2baba of having done little to help the music industry grow over the past few years since the break up of the group. 2Baba however, immediately responded to Black Face’s assertion urging him to get in the booth and make music if he truly has all the answers he claims to possess.
