But, in my opinion, when we say someone uses 10% of his mental ability we usually exclude all the 'normal' background functions of the brain. so, we mean 10% of what is left after the background, day to day functions of the brain has been removed. The topic this year is: What is the Biggest Obstacle to Saving and Investing Money and How can the Nigerian Stock Exchange Help?
