1. Where is the greed in the request for professional administrators of Herbert Wigwe’s Estate as demanded by the family? Those running away from accountability and transparency are usually the ones with something to hide.

2. Where is Herbert’s Will that named Uche Wigwe and Aig as administrators? Herbert’s Will purportedly registered in Florida contains 18 pages and only 3 pages in the Will brought for domestication. It named an American woman as the administrator but he woman was reportedly paid.millions to cede the role to Uche Wigwe. That and the reference to a Florida Asset in the Will raise questions that are yet unanswered.

It is my take that Uche Wigwe and Aig are trying to force a narrative while shrouding the Will in secrecy. Why would the Will be read in the absence of Herbert’s parents and siblings if there is indeed transparency?

You read the Will in the absence of others and then start forcing a narrative that this is what the Will says. Isn't that clear indication of fraud?

But despite all these that you wrote, why did the High Court throw out their case for lack of merit?

You are wrong. Ukraine was part of that USSR and the Ukrainian military is trained on Soviet weapons. Those helicopters may even have been manufactured in factories based in Ukraine itself.

It's only recently because of this current conflict that Ukraine started accepting weapons donated by western countries. And if you notice Ukrainian personnel have to undergo special training before they can use any of these western weapons.

But when they come across any Russian weapons they automatically know how to use them. Infact they started using most of the weapons they captured from Russian military almost immediately.

A fridge/freezer can be opened from inside so getting out shouldn't have been a problem. An autopsy will hopefully show whether they died before being placed in the freezer.

My freezer has a power lock. When you close it you cannot open it immediately until after a few minutes. So if someone locks himself inside and is unable to open it, it only takes a few seconds for the oxygen inside the crammed space to become poisonous carbon dioxide which would be deadly for anyone inside.

You know the initial report may actually be right about murder, but there is not enough details for us to conclude other than the claim of the parents and neighbours.

Do you remember that case where they said 3 children were murdered and put inside their father's car in the compound? When the first news report came out it was reported that they were killed and butchered by people that came through the fence.

But you know it was later discovered that they died of suffocation after mistakenly locking themselves in the car while playing.

I have learnt to have an open mind when I read Nigerian crime stories. The first reports usually come with inconsistencies. But let's wait for much more details about this present case.

They may have been playing and mistakenly locked themselves inside the freezer. I think the conclusion of murder is premature.

I'm not a lawyer, but in my little knowledge, the stampede took place hours before the program so how are the organisers guilty of murder?
They fix event for 12 noon, you went there at 5am and got stampeded in the process, the organisers were not even at the venue yet, I hope they have a very sound lawyer sha.

And they even made provision for security at the venue. The policemen were due to arrive by 8am. But alas everything happened before 8am.
