Do you know that most of the phone you buy and use in Nigeria are not original Samsung phone, get original Samsung from South Korea, and you won’t ever regret it.

I buy all my phones from the UK. The screen for Samsung phones are very expensive anywhere in the world. I remember a few years ago wanting to repair the screen of a Galaxy S21 ultra in the UK and they charged £300 pounds just for the screen change alone.

Remove it ke? I am not going anywhere near it. Anyway, I already secured another place else where, I am just waiting for my kids to finish this academic session before we move because the new place is very far from here

Things have already started turning better for me ever since I discovered it and started serious prayers and spiritual steps.

Funny enough, all the past tenants that left were not aware of its presence. They simply could not afford the rent and they left. And things became better for them immediately they left. I actually tracked both of them down.

U may be well.off but the moment you enter that compound everything takes a nose dive ..

Run from landlords that reside abroad but will only rent their apartments only when they visit the country. These kind of landlord cam.live their apartments vacant for months and years ..they must see the tenant fave to face ..
They only come into the country once or twice in a year and they don't miss the dates/ month

I accidentally discovered a black local pot inside the ceiling of my apartment. And after deep thinking I realized things have been going downhill for me ever since I packed into the house just over a year ago.

After doing my digging, I discovered the landlord used to live in the apartment and every single tenant that lived in this apartment since the landlord left it always packed out dirt poor.

Now I am getting ready to leave this place within the next one month despite the fact that my rent still runs till next year.

Some landlords are really evil.
