I know that many in the North cannot speak English, but this SS3 girl should be able to at least understand when she is asked questions. She neither understands nor even speaks a speck of English. When English is spoken to her it has to be translated. What sort of WAEC exam was she writing without a clue of English? Why did we have an Amina look alike arrested two years ago with bombs? Cramjones i served in the core north and i can tell u dat in ss3 dat i taught apart from some tivs dat understand quite OK d 90% of d Hausa'students don't even understand let alone speaking.during waec dey were copying from d board even some of d teachers na d same imagine d whole teachers including d principal couldn't spell yoghurt during agric practical exam.they spelt it as YOGOT
