Stop listening to people here with miracle cures. You should have continued with the injections. Takes time for it to 'reduce' even if it still leaves a sort of shiny 'scar' on the spot the keloid was. Disregard the advice given where you were asked to use clobestasol cream. As a topical steroid ointment, one of the side effects which will happen if you continually use it is thinning of the skin. The injection (which i'm guessing is kenalog 40) is still your best choice at this moment even if as a steroid, it has its own issues. It is not a one time thing. In developed countries, cryotherapy can be used. The injection is intralesional and is done by a professional so do not worry about people telling you to be careful of 'vital' head structures.
