DEGREE2466:
Bro, I agree with you that he truly is a patient scammer. Phone number is 08021834083

This scammer has been waiting patiently on my inbox since February 23.

First, he wanted to buy my payoneer and then he agreed he would buy the PayPal. Funny enough, he does his research very well.

I refused to tell him the amount that I have. He went ahead to search on nairaland to get the amount that I posted, and then sent that to me.

Sadly, I am old in the game to be scammed by one cunt like this. When he offered 340/$ my eyes popped. I then did my search and was laughing when reading the sad stories.

But, how can one person succeed in scamming many people with the same phone number on the same forum

If this guy uses his time to do legit business, he will make money for pet sake

themonk:
Make sure the seller:

*has an aged nairaland profile
*Name is not in the dispute resolution thread
*Search sellers phone number and account number on google and nairaland to make sure seller has no track record of fraud.
*Come to this thread and ask for people who have done business with seller to vouch for him/her

General procedure is you tell the seller to give you the pickers number, if the picker is in a good mood he/she will confirm or deny existence of item. If not just vet the seller using the above listed bullet points. Make sure the picker the seller used is a known and trusted person here also ask seller to describe completely the state of the item.

If seller tries to defraud you, make a post on the dispute resolution thread. Find link attached below.
