If Palestinians had accepted the Israeli rule and maintained peace in the years past, Palestine would have been far more developed than now. There is no need fighting over the so called homeland that they cannot develop. Israel would have supported both the physical and human capital development of Palestine, if Palestine had accepted full Israeli sovereignty and rule. This is just my personal opinion.
