Israel has nothing to do with Egypt's blockade of Gaza. Egypt started the blockade later after Israel had left Gaza. The Camp David accord was in the 70s Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005 and left Rafah.

Mumu Camp David accord is the basis upon which Egypt and Israel have bilateral relationship. Its an ongoing document.
