Call the network providers, they may be able to help. Experienced something similar, while the network outside was slow, it was dead in the house. I called Airtel and within a day the network improved and it's been great since then. Goodluck |
opera1:Do you remember if the Dangote truck driver was charged to court? I'm asking because in all the years I've been reading of reckless driving resulting in fatalities, I've never seen a corresponding court case. Just checking if this is selective justice because of the person involved or if this if this is the usual practice. |
I'm aware NLNG is sponsoring the Bonny-Bodo road construction as part of it's CSR. While the inspections and charge for speedy completion of the project are laudable, I think credit should be given to whom it is due. |
Sorry about your stew. I've had the same experience preparing banga soup with fresh catfish. I learnt the hard way not add the head of catfish in the soup, it makes it go bad fast. Did you use fresh fish in preparing this? |
I remember our time in school and going to swim in this same river with my elder sister. We always went in the company of indigenes and only tried to swim in the shallow parts. It seemed fun at the time as we would cook with fire wood by the river side, play with a football in the river and get some swimming lessons from them but in retrospect... mehn, that was some serious risk we took. |

The PH mails were a bit delayed but I've received mine. God's speed guys! |
Hello guys! Just caught up with this last page. I also got a mail (Business). Congratulations to everyone that did and greater opportunities to everyone who didn't. Thank you to everyone that has been contributing positively and giving updates on this platform, you are truly appreciated. I wish us all success in the subsequent stages. |
cross500:For now, training is expected to start on Thursday, the 13th of April |
GeneralPulal:What you guys are yet to understand is that there is a cult-like following in any area that is Obi's stronghold. This was evident in my polling unit in Obio/Akpor LGA in Rivers. 99.9% of the voters voted Peter Obi and it wasn't a secret. Not all of us are Igbos but we believe in him the same way. Ballot boxes were carried away and the result later uploaded showed a 99.9% vote for APC in my polling unit where even those that voted PDP for senate, voted LP for Presidency. I don't argue or say Obi won in other states because I don't live there and don't know what their impression of him is but trust me when I tell you that the level of rigging carried out in Rivers is of the likes I have never seen or heard of. It is clear as day. If you don't live in Rivers State, I don't think you have any right to argue about what happened here. |
ghiloman28:The last time rain fell in my area in Rivers State was on the day of election and it wasn't heavy. Just because rain fell in Lagos doesn't mean it has been raining in all parts of Nigeria. |
Antell95:As a functionary in the election exercise, are you allowed to vote? |
dauddy97:Hello! Did you eventually get the screen fixed? How much did it cost? |
What about Go and Die? They couldn't coin an Oshio prefix for that? |
The front page headline should be edited. The statement should be attributed to Tinubu, not President Cc Nlfpmod, Seun |
Rejohyce:I'm actually not certain, I'm an applicant just like you. But maybe you should, there's no harm in trying; worst case scenario, your application gets screened out and best case scenario, you proceed on the recruitment process and score a dream job. Let's hope for the best. Cheers! |
Rejohyce:If you have your call up letter, I think you can. Otherwise, I hope you get your call up letter by the 22nd. |
The session was really enlightening and offered some clarity to the whole application process. Affidavits can suffice for documents that aren't readily available to be uploaded at this time. A testimonial can also be used in lieu of a FSLC. While it was not explicitly stated, I'm certain a statement of result can also be used in the absence of a certificate. |
mighty2:More like Bat-shit... smh |

The speed with which this project was executed really shows you that if the government really wants to make things work in this country, they can. |
This recruitment exercise hasn't come to an end, it will end when we get our APLs. See you at work before the year runs out guys! |
You're very correct. I went to Emohua LGA INEC office to register and the process was seamless. it's just a 100 naira cab ride from Choba. It will really help decongest other INEC offices in town if people could make use of neighbouring LGA's INEC offices |
Hello OP, I'm really sorry about the situation you and your team find yourselves but please I've sent you a dm. kindly respond. Thanks |

Maybe it's just me but all I see is a subliminal (coded) message being passed across |
I can't take any magazine or newsletter seriously if they can make such a blunder on their front/cover page. Top 10 MOST RICHEST...? That's just wrong. They can and should do better. |
Chris525:There's no way the guy can say he was defending himself. The only person that can plead self defence in this case is the victim if she were still alive. You lure someone to your turf, you decide to have carnal knowledge of her, she tries to defend herself and then you try to defend yourself from her attempt to defend herself and end up killing her and then you plead self defense? There can only be one aggressor and that's the guy, anything she does to him even to the extent of killing him is what can be called self defense. Not a guy trying to rape someone and she fights back and the guy gets violent and he claims he was defending himself. Defending himself from what exactly? |
