Good day All,

Please i dont know if any other person is experiencing this but it takes me forever to log into my ircc profile. I can try to log in 20 times but it will keep redirecting to another page.

Please does anybody have a way of fixing this issue.

I just submitted my profile and and it shows not eligible. May be because i did not include my spouse ielts results. I want to create another profile that will indicate i am not travelling with him but the question now is can I change it when is results is ready ? Is it even possible that i am not eligible because my husband does not have ielts

Please help a girl in dilemma.

Please can i evaluate my result with Wes twice. I did the first one but it has so many mistakes. It was from my school. The Wes result came out but my name was spelt wrongly etc.

I want to do a fresh one again, since the school have corrected the mistakes. I hope it won't affect me.

Btw. The money is not an issue.

I will advise you report the mistake to Wes. Then ask your school to resend the documents to WES. I dont think WES will charge for the correction. So that you can use the funds for something else.

I had the same issue. I was advised that the school could send a mail acknowledging the error and sending the correct thing but in my case the person that did the processing the first time did it through the back door without my knowledge. I had to reapply. Once it was completed, the school sent the corrected transcript, and I followed up with a mail to WES. WES will make the correction once they've confirmed receipt.

The only issue is school getting the transcript ready. WES wouldn't take more than a week to correct.

I hope this helps. This is from my experience though.

Please did it go through the same stage all over again ? I mean was their verification of the result again like the first time ? I will really appreciate a response. Thank you so much.

Hi. First of all, you will contact WES telling them about your situation. Next is to go your school and tell them about the error in your dob. Take valid ID and birth certificate if you have to. Tell them you want it corrected and then you pay for another transcript and courier to WES with the corrected dob o(you will print out that Wes form just like you are starting over. Only that you are not paying WES again) pls put something in their hand if you have to.

After your transcript has been resent, wait another 35 working days and Wes will update your ECA on your profile to the corrected one. E pele o. It's stressful but you have no choice o.

That's what I did and I got an updated Version.

Kindly assist me. My school made a mistake in my date of birth when sending in my transcript to Wes. Now my Wes report is out and bears that the wrong date of birth.

Please will an affidavit suffice. Or maybe a letter from the school stating that it was an error.

Please is there anyone who has or had a similar case. Please how did you solve this issue. Did you have any issue with IRRC?
