Ehimeomo: Sorry to disturb you sis, want to ask if the decision made email you received for your first application which was refused is different from the one you got when your visa was granted. |

Folks when you apply for a UK visitor visa in Nigeria is the application assessed in Nigeria or its sent to the UK to be assessed |

Upon research I have realized that applications that are refused are processed quicker than approved ones For example if u paid for standard visa processing time and u are refused ur application is processed and u receive ur passport with five to eight workings days unlike when ur application is approved. With myself and a friend as an example, I submitted a day after my friend but my passport was returned just after five working days and I was refused whiles my friends own took 12 working days and he got his visa even though he submitted a day b4 I did. Any other opinions? |

[quote author=castiello post=51646589] Your best shoot man add business account statement finish u go collect visa[/quote The business is not for me only it's a partnership and I'm not traveling with funds from the business so I added my personal account. I have a feeling if I add the business account and don't add supporting documents Eco will still refuse me. Besides I indicated that I receive dividend from the business which were all evident on my statement so I don't think adding business account will prove current trading of the business. Anyway need more opinions |

Bosses my application for a visit visa was refused for this reason, Eco says he is not satisfied that my business is currently trading and the fact that i didn't state how the business will keep on running makes him doubt my business circumstances the more. Meanwhile I added business registration cert and tax certificate, Eco acknowledged all these documents but still refused me on the reason above. My business is a partnership and I added an endorsement letter from my partner stating clearly that he will be in charge of the business but it seems the Eco didn't see this per his reason for refusal I intend applying again and will add receipt books from feb to nov this year as well as photos of our business operations, are they enough? |

11/11/16 - submitted application 14/11/16 - application received by ukvi 16/11/16 - decision made package will be sent to point of application in the next few day I'm so scared, It's too early and usually applications that are processed early like that are application that are refused. In filling my form I made a mistake online with my monthly income but corrected it on the hard copy and signed against it and that has been hunting me like crazy. Who has had his or her application processed this fast and still got the visa |

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Kukuful1014: 8:47pm On Nov 06, 2016 |
justwise: U have a point, but since we the partners pay tax personally and not the business and Im not using business funds for my travel I thought I could just add my pay slips from the business which shows my tax has be deducted and the business cert to prove I'm a named partner. But as u said since I'm using it as tie I think adding the business account gives me more credit, guess I have to talk to my partner to allow me to add the business account. |

Kukuful1014: Justwise I went back to read again and this time around I saw a situation related to mine, which u asked the person to add tax certificate, business registration papers, business bank account etc. and consent letter from partner. In my case my profit is paid into my salary account every month and since it's not a limited liability the business itself doesn't pay tax but we the partners do which is deducted from my profit before its paid into my account. Can I just add the business registration certificate with my name on it, something like a payslip that shows my profit after tax paid into my account, consent letter from my partner stating my leave without adding the business account since I don't need business funds for my travel |

Pls everyone I need help, if I want to use my partnership business as other source of income and as tie to my home country NOT FOR SPONSORING MY TRIP, what documents do I need to add with regards to my partnership business. 1. Pay slips from my partnership business and the registered business certificate with my name on it as part owner 2. Pay slips from my partnership business alone And how how do I make the Eco knw that the partnership business is solely for other income and tie to my country and not using it to sponsor my trip. I have another job and I intend using my salary account for that job to sponsor my trip. Note that my income from my partnership business also passes through that this same account |

Solatium: I don't have bank statement for that only have invoices that shows evidence of the cash is it ok, and how do I make them understand I won't be sponsoring my self with that cash. And do I need to add the business registration certificate? |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Kukuful1014: 12:10pm On Nov 03, 2016 |
I'm applying for visitor visa to the UK, I will be sponsoring myself solely with my salary account, how ever I have another source of income from a registered partnership business with a friend which I receive money by cash I don't intend using it to support my travel, but there is a section in the application form that ask if I have any additional income and I want to know if I can state it and how I should go about it |

justwise: Thank u justwise, will print from April to October, but apart from that is everything ok, the things I intend to add to my application and my finances? |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Kukuful1014: 12:14am On Oct 28, 2016 |
justwise: Because I intend submitting my application latest by second week of November I calculated 6 months from October backwards. I haven't submitted so if it's better for me to print from April I can do so. Also I'm a youth president at my church as well as organizing secretary, I was awarded citation certificates for that and I want to know if I can also add an introductory letter from my pastor, the certificates as well as event memos which show I'm on programs this December as a source of tie to my country? |

Hi everyone I really need ur help, I intend applying for UK visit visa I intend using my salary account, apart from my salary no money enters that account. My monthly salary after tax which is paid into my account is £600, on the average I withdraw £300 every month for my living cost which means i save the remaining £300. I intend applying in November therefore I have printed my bank statement from May to October this year and my account balance is £6000, I have been employed for three years now. I want to know if it ok cos a friend of my was refused because Eco thought his closing balance was more than 4 times monthly salary and I didn't understand coz we only print statement for six months Also I a first time applicant and I'm attending a seminar which I have invitation letter for that. I have an uncle der who will accommodate me in the UK but I'm sponsoring my trip in terms of plane tickets to and fro and miscellaneous I intend spending £544 on plane tickets and £200 as miscellaneous since I'm only going for a week I will submit my leave letter, appointment letter, pay slips and my bank statement In the finance section of the application form there is a portion that ask how much of ur salary goes to dependent or family, i spend £50 on bus fees for my 15 year old brother every month nd I intend stating that, the only proof I have of the is the receipts I'm given anytime I pay, can that also serve as source of tie? Pls need help I used £ and not N because I'm in Ghana |

Solatium: Ok probably a week or two will be ok right? Anyway I meant to ask if my finances are good enough. With the documents, I thought of add my 6 months bank statement, my leave letter, my uncle's bank statement and other relevant documents, want to knw if my ties to my country's is enough since I'm single and only have a job. Also with the explanation of why I'm spending one month, will I be given a space on the application form to write my explanation or I would have to write on a different paper and add to my documents. The last question is must I necessary prove my relationship with my uncle since he is my moms brother nd we don't have the same sir name, I only have a couple of mails between us nd he has sent me money once this month |
