MizMyColi: A part of me feels like this is hogwash.
Is it not the same Buhari that insinuated with his own mouth that Nigerians display criminalistic tendencies?
As far as I'm concerned, this does not reflect Buhari's truest thoughts on the matter. This is Garba Shehu speaking "on behalf" on President Buhari.
Buhari has been accused of complicity as a result of his protracted silence. There are times when speaking through a spokesman just doesn't cut it.
The people need a face that they can trust. They need a face that can fill them with hope. They need to feel the emotion in his voice and body language that he stands with and shares in their pain, not some spokesperson who's flexing the muscle of his pen.
So until Buhari comes out on air like his giving a independence or democracy day speech before you know it's coming from him. Keep looking for loopholes from a text, Asif that will bring back the dead. |

NwaEzefuNaMba: Many Nigerians voted buhari hoping and believing he will bring about positive change; but now it's obvious that Even GEJ is way far better than Buhari!! GEJ was heavily slammed and condemned for not visiting chibok and swinging into action immediately some 'girls' was allege to have gone missing. But how do you compare 219 school girls to over 1000 Nigerians that lost their lives due to fulani herdsmen attack? Yet Buhari have to be appease before he can merely condemn the activities of this militias! Memuna, if we are to take into consideration numbers before looking at government intervention, then I must say the herdsmen haven't done enough. |

How many times did you people's god deploy troops in 8hrs to anywhere?? On Chibok, the goat on hearing the news, sat back and drank ogogoro for two weeks before acknowledging anything had happened, then he waited another 3months to deploy troops after some 16year old Pakistani kid went to scold some sense into him.

See them cowards that want to fight the Nigeria army, they only got a taste of fulani herdsmen using them for I. T and won't let us hear word. All they keep shouting is government this, buhari that.
I remember when BH were still ravaging the north so bad, these same people laughed at their miseries, and even asked the government to stop wasting public funds in the north. even of recent they laughed at yorubas In mile 12 who in fact stood up against the hausas, and the agatu residents. You have only gotten a highlight of what crisis is all about and you folks won't stop making nuisance of yourselves here.

christopher123: But Muslims have never reciprocated that gesture Why are you people like this, we have had threads on nairaland about muslims guiding Christians when worshiping. A more global example was the one that happened In kenya. The Muslims won't allow themselves to be separated from Christians at a border controlled by terrorists. Hence they were allowed to travel on. Meanwhile, their security gesture is not needed. They should be more concerned about securing their members. |

TheSuperNerd: Tap-ins?? Like seriously??
Is positioning not also a skill to be mastered?? How many players have that??
His goals against Tottenham (EPL), Hull City (Capital one), Aston Villa (FA Cup) are all tap-ins abi?? Stop this hate and bias.
It really sucks. Why should I hate him? Are we dragging for same shirt in man city or the Eagles? Kelechi is a very good player, a combination of solkjaer and nisterooy. I only gave my view talking about his work rate between him and iwobi. While iwobi loves to go for the ball at every corner of the pitch, nacho prefers to stay calm and take his chances from a sleeping defence. Meanwhile go back and watch his ( nacho ) goal clips and come back here to tell us if it's not as a result of good positions. Which is the hallmark of a good striker anyway. |

Hypocrisy is when my brothers from the south condemn the 2million bail granted to Yunusa for alleged abduction and rape but keep mute when our brothers here are being granted bail with just 200k for raping a girl child. I don't know when granting bail is now against the law, just because his northerner. |
