yes it was stated there that you can register on the day of exam, but I will advice you to try and get it before then because the ICT may be crowded with many people.

if am not wrong, you have done your registration earlier and you missed the exam, right? I doubt if you can join the batch b, reason is that the school organised another post utme for those that missed the first one, and it was the following week of the first post ume. The only thing you can do is to contact the ICT or you purchase another scratch card.

Direction to ago-iwoye - From oshodi/ketu/berger, just board a bus going to ago-iwoye alight at ago iwoye bustop, then mount a bike to mini campus its #50. When you get there, ask the security personnel where to make the payment for post ume, they will direct you.
