Well congratulations to him and Enugu, the only working governor with big vision in Nigeria.
It doesn't matter weather it is 40% complete or not, all that matter is the vision he has for the state development. All what Enugu people need to do is to pressure and encouraged him to finished these projects and hold the next Governor accountable to stay in-line with more infrastructural development
