You better check what she is putting into that pot of soup. You also need to check your wife properly for allowing her friend to come into your home as a surrogate wife. No matter how innocent the situation may look, I suspect something sinister. You better open your eyes and play your role as the man of the house before you use your own hands to destroy your family. You need to put your wife and your friend in check. A man who can not control his emotions is not in control of himself. |

How do I go about getting a resident permit. Is it as simple as filling out a form or are you required to gather lots of documents. |
where is mr philip0906, we need your experience. |
Money is not an issue for me. I don't need to work. I am actually moving down from the U.S. I was thinking of moving down to Lagos but after I evaluated a lot of issues, I came up with staying in Benin which is close to home. If I ever have to do anything in Lagos, all it would take me would be a couple of hours by road. |
Thanks for the info. What about issues like residency permit. Do you require a residency permit to stay in Benin because I will be moving with my family. What about security , it is very safe to live in Benin. |
what about issues with electricity and housing etc |
I am currently thinking of moving to Benin Republic. If any one of you is currently residing in Benin, I would like to know the cost of living, including residency, housing and other amenities that one has to pay for and definitely the lifestyle. |
Well, if the property market continues like this, the real estate sector all over the country is in trouble especially in the big cities. At the rate at which the properties prices are going up, that house will be costing 1 billion in 5 years. We are heading for a super crash Even in my village, buying land makes no sense because the price is so outrageous. The property market is a growing sector that would have benefited many people in decades to come but it seems the Nigerian greediness will destroy it very soon. At poster: I don't mean to spoil your business and I understand your lingua but bobos just had to speak out. I wish you luck in your sale and don't forget to share the commission around. |
You mean this house goes for 250mil. Nigeria still has a long way to go. What is the buying factor of this property. |

What type of clothes are you looking for. I sell in wholesale but I ship from the U.S. Majority of the products are made in the U.S at reasonable price and they are new items. |

what is the price. |
whether or not the state is rich, getting a license to operate cost a lot of money. I actually went through the process of getting a mining license and I was told to bring 40 mil naira excluding bribe money not counting that it might take you a year or two to even break even talk less of profit. You still have to get a location, manpower, equipments etc. How can the average Nigerian afford to pay such an amount. |
