With the increasing violent, hateful, tribal and religious sentiments or threads which leads to CONFLICT both in our social and social-media life tells nothing but the opposite of our individual RELIGION or TRIBE as a PEACE LOVING one having in mind we gave them thoes tags. We have to ask ourselves this Questions: *How Do I Represent My TAG? As a Christian,Muslim,Igbo,Hausa,Yoruba e.t.c *Are my still in the Right Track in my Political,Civil and Millitary Duties? *Do I go About Preaching or Masterminding Evil (killing, scams or immoral sexual act) in the name of 'Whatever'? *Are my Scense of JUDGEMENTs Based on ''nah my brother or nah my church member"? I Belive the following will help our individual mindset: 1.When angry, separate yourself from the situation and take time to cool out.Do not make any major decision when you are angry or emotionally unstable because at such times, reason for the most part goes on break. 2.Attack the problem not the person.Start with a compliment rather than blame. 3.Communicate your feelings assertively,Not Aggressively.Express them without blaming.Focus on the issue,Not your position about the issue. 4.Accept and respect that individual opinions may differ, don't try to force compliance or work to develop common agreement. 5.Do not review the situation as a competition where one has to win and one has to lose rather work towards a solution where both parties can have some of their needs met. 6.Focus on areas of common interest and agreement, instead of areas of disagreent and opposition. 7.NEVER jump to conclusions or make assumptions about what another is feeling or thinking. 8.Listen without interrupting; ask for feedback if needed to assure a clear understanding of the issue. 9.REMEMBER,when only one person's need are satisfied in a Conflict, it is NOT resolved and will continue. 10.Forget the past and stay in the present. 11.Stand a Neutral Ground in your judgement. 12.Build 'power with' NoT 'power over' others. 13.Thank the person for Listening. Hope they will help in creativing a positive vibes in us. #FREETOALLURz

Things like these should not stop Us from doing the right things...is better to die fighting for a just course(JUSTICE) than to keep mouthshot and watch justice being abused. #Godblessthejust |
