What is Ortoms security report, recommendations and actions as a governor, has he cried out that he is no more in control of the security apparatus of his state.

It's high time the affected middle belt state governors sit together and think of how to tackle this issue, instead of relaxing in the comfort of their government house

Ortom is a capital failure, he's just using that to get himself reelected.
