Tecno has come again MTK p35 going for 95k.

Yes my nokia x5( with 5.1 plus build) had ram management issue. When I went to nokia care, I was told that "It is a global issue for 5.1plus, even other users do come to complain" That I should wait for April update or accept downgrade.

Nokia care center in Abuja is located at wuse II saham plaza. You can go there to confirm.

So even Nokia here in Abuja confirm that nokia 5.1 plus has issues especially ram management.

NOTE: I presented my phone as 5.1 plus

The battery drain started when i gave the phone to nokia care for downgrade. Instead of downgrading the killed my panel and inserted a "live dummy panel" (I realise this when I took the phone to a software engineer)

With immediate effect, I rush to nokia care and talked back at them. Today I was given a new nokia phone

Anyone experiencing battery drain?

I charge my phone to 100% at mid night, waking up am seeing 75%. No third party app, data is off including WiFi, location, Bluetooth and location.

I charge all the time.

Back up your file and reset to factory setting(total wipe) Sometimes it is recommended after main update(version update in particular).

Done a factory reset, still same. I contacted nokia support and was told to check my apps. But can't find any conflicting app

Android Pie on nokia x5 is frustrating the bug is yet to be fitted and nokia is doing nothing about it.

If only I can go back to android Oreo.

-Call sensor is not working unless i restart

-Notifications not coming unless i open the app

-App keeps shutting down after been minimised

-Phone keeps retarting after some hours of usage

bad report: do not update to pie lot of bugs alot (though mtn 4g is working on mine after update)

Do NOT update to pie, I did an update yesterday and today am experiencing a lot of bugs. Best advice, wait for a stable / bugless version.

How do I go back to android 8? Worst my phone keeps rebooting, ram management is poor

Surprisingly MTN 4g is now working, I updated my Nokia x5 to pie today after 3 weeks. No issue yet
