Hello house.Much Respect.... I intend 2visit US october-november, my wife just put to bed, she visited 9ja twice, though she started filing my papers,but will take till next year cus she called them and was told they still working on 2014 November submit, n ours was 2015 December. Right now i want to put together Documents for my application n interview, the thing is i havent been working, but i am an assistant director and a partner in my mums business, there are CAC docs to prove that since 1993. My statement of acc is not that solid though, so i was thinking if i can use my mums statement or i should work on making deposits for 3-4months b4 my aplication n make out pay slips. Also, will i need employment letter n leave letter? Please house i need ur assistance in putting my application together, i would love2see my son..my sister is in US with her husband also with my dad

Hi. My visa application was approved on saturday. I applied 6th May. Medical mail was received 2nd of June. Meds done 8th and passed on the 10th. I submitted the ff:
1. All cic forms
2. Acceptance letter
3. Scholarship letter
4.bank statement of sponsors' company accounts (parents).
5. Latter of sponsorship
6. Form cac 7
7.transcript
8.waec certificate
9.police clearance certificate
10. Photocopy of my birth certificate and that of every member of my family
11. Phorocopy of sponsors' land and shares documents
12 copy of undergrad certificate



Processing time: 10 weeks . No travel history.

I was on cic site amd couldnt get the paper route application forms. please how can i get the forms for paper application, and if i dont get response before my school resumes, what are my chances cus i already made a payment of 1.5m. Please house,sorry to bother you, i am going for my police report 2moro, so i can apply next tomorrow. Your guide and help will sincerely be appreciated

Even if you mail them, they won't reply you. I had to check there site and I found some international admissions officer I mailed, and she forwarded my mail to Sarah lane, who later replied with the details.

I want to apply for visitors visa to SA, i have studied the requirements and discovered i am short of a job and a good statement of account, i really do not know what to do at this point, i have gone through the thread for similar situation and solution, but found nothing to relate with. My option now is to use an agent for fake documentation, which i truly i'm not happy about, but i dont know what else to do or how to go about it. Any advice or assistance will be appreciated.

I just got admission for sept 2016 at durham college and i want to pay the 8kCAD deposit fee.

I have applied at cic yesterday and later headed to the bank to enquire about payment tru form A.

Was told i can only do through a current acct. i already submitter my savings acct abt 3.7m to embassy. if i transfer to current which i just opened today, by the time cic confirms my acct, wont that be a probs! guys what do u you think i can do?

2ndly, i have read about one payment option through PEF or something. i cant realy recall what i read the last time one guy was askiing about it.

Dont really need CAC or Tax for application for TRV, its just a supporting document. submit a sponsorship and consent letter, and inform the house on what next you need, so they can help you out. Dont give yourself problems.

Your mum's business should have letter head paper which can be used to draft your letter of employment (which states the job u do in the company)... Pls tell her to pay to LIRS, my mum used LIRS and was even given an Id card.. The difference btw LIRS and FIRs is who u pay to Lagos state or Federal STATE... She shld use her personal account but state it in the avidafit of support or letter of introduction as sponsor that she runs an account with THIS bank (her personal bank)... Acceptance letter? What's that for? The payslip and ur personal account is an issue I don't av an opinion on so I don't give a wrong advice...

@seyiMiilan...thanks a million times..by acceptance letter,i meant employment letter.,me submiting employment letter,along with a ref letter from her company,also puting her company as her source of livelihood isnt going to raise questions on the company's tax clearance?and regarding my SOA and payslip,i was thinking of stating that its a family business,and my mum is the sole administrator,she takes care of all monetory issues,so i dont get paid by the month nor have payslips...and i heard that the federal clearance is going2b in d company's name,while the state is going to be in her name..since iam using her business as my place of work,which do you think is best,i use the federal clearance, at least to show that were i claim iv been working has been tax cleared.jst my thought. Good people of nairaland,much respect. am about to apply for my visa,got admited to sask poly for pgd business management,my tuition os $14k,i made payment of $1k.,i have most of my documents in check,but i have some worries i havnt been able to figure out what exactly to do,I'll appreciate any assistance.I have not worked since my NYSC 2011,right now my mum is my sponsor,with 4.2M as balance in her personal account,together with her CAC certificate(business name),were i happen to be an assistant director.but the bank account created with the business has long been closed,and she never paid tax for the business.However,she has been operating with her personal account.I have no pay slip nor personal account statement to show,and iam sopos to front with the business on my CV that i have been working as the assistant director in the company,although there is a doc to show that i am a partner in the business.right now iam confused between obtaining LIRS or FIRS tax clearance certificate.from what i have gathered,they say the LIRS is for personal tax clearance showing that she has been paying her taxes, while the FIRS is for the business which has been operating.So which will cover me,will i also need draft an acceptance letter?..thNks in anticipation for ur response

It depends on the size of your document and technical skils.

I have alot of supporting documents,although my mum is sponsoring,but i have not worked since my NYSC 2011,i intend2 submit my mums company registration certificate,iam a director in the company.but the coprate account for the company has been closed since 2009,cos she was robbed and all bank documents were in her car,ever since she has been making use of her personal savings account which is a different name from the company's name...so i av affidavits,police report,customary wedding certificate,advert for change of name in newspaper(old newspaper)
