1 billion naira lawsuit will be fine And the doctor loosing his or her licence forever and jailed as well. How can you forget a A WHOLE SCISSORS in someone's stomach? This is gross recklessness. Can there not be a procedure where they'll scan to check after surgery? I have even Watch some movies where every item to the smallest will be counted before and after surgery.... This evil nonsense is becoming to rampant in Nigeria. |

Accidental discharge nonsense |

Flangelo12:The truth is always bitter... |
You can't blame the "GREEDY" landlords and those evil agents too? When the government have chosen to be irresponsible, and citizens do almost everything for themselves themselves. In Lagos, most tertiary institutions don't even have hostels that can house up to 20% of their students, e.g is unilag. Government that can't build enough hostels, how will they even build enough staff quarters, not to talk of other civil servants staff quarters and the general population. Around unilag, a student will be paying 300k to 800k for a bed space. Note, I didn't say a single room. I said BED SPACE. Many of the single rooms will have between 2-4 bed spaces. That's like paying 600k to 3Million naira for a room. |
If Obi and Atiku can't work together, and one giving up his ambition for the other, I don't see how Tinubu won't win again... |

Sweet mouth... If you let them pressure you, na u sabi. |
It's not a crime to raise an issue that bothers you, but in her posts, she comes across as hypocritical and attention seeking. If she truly didn't mention any brand, then why was she liking comments that were boldly calling out a specific bread name? You can't play both sides - deny responsibility publicly while subtly fueling the narrative behind the scenes. That contradiction is exactly what people are reacting to. Honestly, I have zero patience for that kind of behaviour. It's the same pattern over and over again - stir up controversy, then act innocent while enjoying the attention it brings. It's exhausting. But beyond her actions, what really frustrates me is the general reaction from people. Are we seriously at a point where Nigerians now believe it's a good thing for bread to spoil within 3 - 5 days? How does that even make sense? I'm not even a bread person, but let's be logical for a second. If a product lasts longer, the immediate conclusion shouldn't be that something is wrong. There are proper preservation methods, better production processes, and improved standards. That’s how modern food systems work. Cakes, biscuits, and many other baked goods like bread sit on shelves for weeks or even months under the right conditions. So why is bread suddenly being treated like it must go bad quickly to be considered “safe” or “natural”? That thinking is not just flawed - it’s rooted in misinformation and ignorance. And then, to make matters worse, the CEO of the bread company completely mishandled the situation. Suing her? That, to me, is a huge mistake. This was a moment filled with attention - massive attention - and attention like that is powerful. Whether it starts as negative or not, a smart brand knows how to flip it. This was an opportunity to step forward, educate people, show transparency, and build even stronger trust with consumers. Instead, the decision to go legal makes the brand look defensive and escalates the issue even further. It shifts the focus away from the product and turns it into a battle, which only keeps the controversy alive. Imagine if they had handled it differently - calmly addressing concerns, explaining their process, and confidently standing by their quality. They could have turned critics into customers and doubt into curiosity. At the end of the day, this whole situation is disappointing on multiple levels - hypocrisy on one side, poor strategy on the other, and a lot of misplaced assumptions in between. It just feels like a missed opportunity all around. |
Good. Law should take its course |
Pastor pastor ![]() Is that you |
Topman7:Utter complete nuisance rubbish. Typical of empty IJGB lies... You were born in Europe and USA, so what? How many countries have you been to in your entire life? How many hotel rooms have you lodged into in your entire life? |
Interesting. I still maintain my opinion that in the entire country (Nigeria), NO HOTEL ROOM OR LODGE WORTH MORE THAN 500K A NIGHT. No single one. When you travel out of this country, you'll see 3-4 stars hotels that's exactly the standard of what they call 5-star in Nigeria, and it'll not cost up to 50% of what you pay in Nigeria. |
Why won't that be the case? In a country where everyone just do as they like, especially the government. Cost of transportation and security is over the roof. Renewed hope 2.0 loading... |
Government needs to start sentencing these one-chance criminals to death by hanging. Most of them are even ritualists. They are desperate and would kill anyone that falls victim to their trap if the person struggles with them. |
