This idea of people saying whatever they like and when the winds start blowing they come back to retract it and apologize is actually killing us as a society. The retraction should be done after he's been punished. That's how a serving minister openly called a soldier a fxxl on national TV and still went on the same national audience to deny it. They only retract or deny when there is heavy dust. If they didn't call them out their statements will fly unhindered. |
My crush that year. The female legends of Nollywood who rose from ground zero to the zenith. Happy Birthday Chika. |
There's nothing wrong with it. I'll do both. spend the first two wedding nights in my own house and bed. Consummate the marriage there before taking a trip abroad for a proper honeymoon vacation. |
Good. Lecturers have poked too many holes just for grades. |
R.I.P Pastor Nkechi. Your Fresh Dew program was so iconic back in the day. I just passed by your church now and the sadness in the air around is so palpable. |
OneDollarSalary:Lol don't even go there. |
My own concern is where did this praying to and reverence to Mary emerge from? They say they don't worship her but too much reference to her can be termed as worship too. They mention her everyday and in every prayer. That's akin to worship and she's become their god. The version of Christianity called Catholicism scares me. If it was the version I was introduced into I won't be a Christian. I don't even want to talk about how stressful it is standing kneeling reciting rhymes like kindergarten. Omo.... |
Move on bro. It is what it is. |
Professor007:Same story here. AI and newbies reduced the gigs. I've never been so broke in my life. From July to August I've lived off from begging family members and friends. My last client finally bailed in July. From 8 jobs per week to 3 and 2, until finally no more. Anyway life goes on and survival is a must. There's no stability in writing gigs. Even the pro rated freelancers on Upwork are surviving with side hustles or now teaching people how to make money on the same Upwork where it's easier now to get a government job than to land a gig there. If it was still paying they'll be too busy to teach. |
Honestly they should have allowed the girl to just rest in peace. Keeping her alive is keeping her and them restless. Most Nigerian families lose their first children and have moved on. They won't move on and they'll keep spending in vanity although they have the money. But sometimes letting go is showing the true strength and love for your family. They should have let go, now it's too late. |
They should just release this man for peace to reign. |
They'll enjoy RSU. The school well organized, stable, more beautiful, and standard. Only the expensive nature will be a challenge. |
Is this a man or woman? |
All these stories are normal but we've been so used to abnormalities in marriage that these beautiful stories now become news. Because what am I supposed to do for the one Iove if not to support her to the ends of the earth. |
Is now their eyes are opening. Forcing people to write exams that are meaningless to their career and future. What's a lawyer doing with maths aside basic maths in secondary school that you'll have to force him to write it in WAEC and pass. Even a doctor, what is he doing with maths? I've never found the square root of anything since I graduated many years ago. It's the same math I was taught in primary school that I'm using to date. |
CSTRR:How ironic that the poverty capital of the world produces two of Africa's top ranking billionaires - Dangote and Rabiu. And we have not even mentioned the Dantatas and Indimis, the owner of MRS. Nigeria is a very funny country. You can have the most beautiful part of the country having a slum. The contrast principle always works here. |
But you won't hear him screaming money na water everywhere or find him carry wads of cash in a carton and spraying everywhere. The authentic wealth for what it's worth, is truly silent. Congratulations Aliko. |
She deceived Nigerians into thinking she was struggling when she couldn't afford data and a crate of egg. This is betrayal and deceit. Next time you see people complain online pay no mind to them until you visit them. Some are just using the economy and its bad state as means to an end via content creation and popularity. She got the publicity and now she's a media person. |
Pharaoh4rin:This man, you've poked plenty virgy oldies. |
PerfectStranger:When they ban me now you'll run. |
I wonder how their first experience will look like. Now I would have loved to say certain things but the mods will ban me. I wish we can have a similar platform where everyone can just spill and rant all they want. |
And it got to front page. Someone making a blank statement. No context no angle. Just AI made you stop going to church. Na WA oh. |
Why cover it with a condom? Will the cucu get them pregnant if they don't? |
So we grew up in the same hood but at probably different times. What a small world. Never forget. |
When you're jobless you'll be concerned about negligible things if not tell me how someone calling his friend "My dear brother" became a topic for days and people like Omokri carried it on their heads with so much energetic performance. The man in question, who was addressed didn't even say anything, but in the name of opposition, they carried the matter on their heads, slamming him for congratulating his friend. The descent is way too low. |
This is good. Which areas will it power? |
I passed by the Port Harcourt refinery yesterday night on my way to Warri and the place looks busy, the gas fire was flaring and there were lights everywhere. You mean nothing is happening there? I saw engineers returning from work on their overalls. Looks pretty functional. Hard to believe. But this is Nigeria tho. |
tensazangetsu20:In Port Harcourt, Abuja, they average 15 hours per day. 10 hours a week was last year. As of now, most major cities across Nigeria average 10 hours a day. People in Band A get up to 20 hours a day. |
There's steady light now in most parts of Nigeria unless in remote villages and in these places you have to use solar and charge like N50. |
FibonacciAI:I want to sell too. All of it. 11,000 Ari. |
Cmanforall:Government House is even too far. To see hotel owner without appointment today is waste of time and effort. |
