I've always thought they are pointless, absolutely and ridiculous. Why will you be asking if I see a better job will I leave? If that's not a trap to screen me out? If you have my CV already and it says a lot about me and my experience, what else do you want to hear from my mouth again? Is the job a public speaking role or one that demands me expressing myself all the time? What if I'm not good with people skills and my role is coding which doesn't require it?
